Often, diabetics or those who want to remove sugar from diets have been unable to enjoy a delicious cake. Until now! We have recently developed a cake range that has no added sugar and is 100% vegan. We replace the sugar with, Erythritol. It’s natural like sugar and retains 70% of its sweetness, but without the calories. And it has no effect on blood sugar levels. Please note that the taste and texture of the cake is different to traditional cakes.
