Everyone loves Oreos! So we decided to make this Oreo cupcake to show our love for this American cookie. It features a chocolate sponge with a layer of chocolate ganache spread on top. It has a vanilla buttercream icing, which is mixed with crushed Oreos and is finished with a whole Oreo on top!
